1Eligibility Criteria

Standard products purchased directly from Crafty Ecommerce are fully eligible for returns and exchanges. To ensure a smooth approval process, please make sure:

• Items are returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Products must remain unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
• All original product tags and branding attachments must be fully intact.

2Free Reverse Pick-Up Service

We strive to make returns as smooth as possible. Once your request is registered, our logistics partner will initiate a doorstep pickup:

• Our pickup executive will inspect and collect the parcel from your original shipping address within 2-3 business days.
• One-Time Complimentary pickup: There are no reverse shipping charges for your first size or item exchange.
• Note: Free reverse pickups apply to all orders valued at ₹1,000 and above. For orders below this threshold, customers may be requested to self-ship items using standard domestic couriers.

3Quick & Transparent Refunds

Upon the arrival of the package at our quality control warehouse, it undergoes a verification audit. Once approved, the refund is executed within 2-3 business days:

You can easily request a return or exchange in under 60 seconds:

1. Head to our Self-Service Returns Center portal page.
2. Enter your **Order ID** and the **Email address** associated with the order.
3. Choose eligible item(s) you wish to return/exchange, select return reasons, and submit your request.
