Refund Policy

1Refund Initiation & Approval

Refunds are processed promptly after the returned package is received at our primary fulfillment center:

• Upon arrival, all packages undergo a quality check to ensure items are unwashed, unaltered, and possess their original tags.
• Inspection takes approximately 24–48 hours from receipt.
• Once approved, our accounts team immediately triggers the refund. You will receive an automated email confirmation summarizing your refund.

The refund method is determined by your original checkout payment choice:

3Non-Refundable Scenarios & Custom items

To maintain fair standards, certain scenarios do not qualify for cash/bank refunds:

• Custom Crafted Items: Any customized goods, custom sizes, or personalized engravings/crafts cannot be refunded as they cannot be restocked.
• Damages after Delivery: Items that show noticeable wear, washing, alteration, or damage that occurred after doorstep delivery.
• Promotional/Free Gifts: Promotional giveaways, gift bundles, or free items included with original orders are not eligible for individual refunds or credits.

4Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled directly from your account within the Pending or Accepted state prior to shipment packaging. Once cancelled:

• If payment was made online, your cancellation triggers an automated, instant refund back to your source payment method.
• If the order is already packed, shipped, or in transit, it cannot be cancelled. You can instead request a standard return upon delivery.
